A double bed is the perfect size for someone sleeping with a partner, if you have little ones that visit during the night or you’re a solo sleeper that appreciates extra space.
Most standard sheet sizes will fit Winkl mattresses. If purchasing a Lux mattress, we recommend using 40cm deep fitted sheets to ensure the corners don’t pop off.

Winkl fitted sheets are 40cm deep and designed to fit deeper mattresses such as the Lux.Transporting your double size mattress is best done with a friend. We recommend folding your Winkl mattress in half like a peanut butter sammy and securing it with a strap at each end. Lift the mattress together by the straps to transport. No not pull or drag your mattress by the cover or the inner foam as this can cause damage.
