Shipping and returns are contactless and free.

Standard Delivery Times:
North Island: 1-3 working days.
South Island: 1-3 working days.

Remote Rural Areas:
We'll always do our best to deliver on time, but some remote rural addresses can take a little longer to reach.
Where access to your property is restricted or your local carrier does not deliver to your address, you may be required to pick up your order from a local collection point.

COVID-19:
Winkl products are approved non-food essential goods meaning we deliver during all traffic light settings and lock down levels. Contactless delivery guidelines are followed at all times.
