It’s not often you can try something 120 times before you decide to keep it.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your pillow within 120 nights, you can simply return it for a full refund.
It can take a little time for your body to adjust to a new pillow. For this reason, you must have slept on your pillow for a minimum of 30 nights before becoming eligible for a refund or exchange. There is a limit of two returns per customer.
To start your trial, simply purchase the pillow of your choice and we’ll deliver it to your door in no time.

Please note: Not all pillows are eligible for return.
The 120 night trial and return policy extends to the original purchaser only. Pillows bought used or second hand are exempt from the trial and return policy. Pillows that have been abused, soiled, damaged or have bed bugs will not be eligible for a return.
There is a limit of two returns per customer.

North Island: 1 - 3 working days.
South Island: 1 - 3 working days.
Remote Rural Areas:
We'll always do our best to deliver on time, but
some rural addresses can take a little longer to
reach.
Where access to your property is restricted or
your local carrier does not deliver to your address,
you may be required to pick up your order from a
local collection point.
COVID-19:
Winkl products are approved non-food essential
goods meaning we deliver during all traffic light
settings and lock down levels. Contactless
delivery guidelines are followed at all times.
