You bet it does. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bed frame within 120 nights, you can return it free of charge for a full refund.

Easy as. Contact us at help@winkl.co.nz with your proof of purchase. We’ll walk you through the process.

Please note: Not all bed frames are eligible for return. The 120-night trial and return policy extends to the original purchaser only. Bed frames bought used or second hand are exempt from the trial and return policy. Bed frames that have been abused, soiled, damaged will not be eligible for a return.

There is a limit of two returns per customer and/or household.

Like all furniture that is built to last, the bed frame is a little heavy. But don’t worry, we’ve packaged it in a way that makes getting it inside a breeze! You will receive the following parts with your bed frame.

Double, Queen, King, Super King:

1x head panel.

3x base panels.

1x support box.

Single, King Single:

1x head panel.

2x base panels.

1x support box.

When you are ready to upgrade your mattress size simply purchase an Upgrade Kit found on the bed frame page.

Your bed frame Upgrade Kit comes with an extra base panel, additional steel supports and a new head board.

What should I do with my original headboard?

Make a table, a shelf, a bar leaner, a downhill cart, a sleigh, a trap door, a snow board, surfboard or skateboard out of it. The world’s your oyster.

If by action you mean breakfast in bed, a little light reading or the kids jumping on it, you're fine.

If by ‘action’ you mean heavy petting, you're also good to go. And best of all, it won’t make a sound.

We do not recommend altering your panels. Cutting, sanding or rounding them will damage their structural integrity, void your warranty and 120-night trial.

Once you've unpacked the boxes, all you need is 5 minutes and a friend. You'll find full instructions inside the steel support box!

Your delivery time depends on where you are in New Zealand.

Order before 1:00pm in Auckland metro and receive your goods the same day. Order after 1:00pm and receive them the following working day.

For the rest of New Zealand our delivery times are as follows:

North Island 2 - 4 working days.

We'll always do our best to deliver on time, but some rural addresses can take a little longer to reach.
